 空气消毒方式

  家用和商用空气消毒追求的结果是有所区别,从理论上讲,家庭空气消毒适当即可,过分的清洁可使人的免疫降低;商业上由于环境复杂能原因,最好时时动态消毒。目前,空气消毒的方式很多,至于哪一种更适合您,采购消毒用品时,仔细看说明书或直接咨询商家。接下,空气消毒方式:

静态消毒

  1、醋消毒法 食醋中含有醋酸等多种成分,具有一定的杀菌能力,常用作室内空气消毒。10平方米左右的房间,可用食醋100~150克,加水2倍,放于瓷碗内用文火慢蒸,熏蒸时要关闭门窗。

 

  2、喷雾法消毒 利用机械或化学气雾剂将84消毒液等喷洒在空气中,依靠悬浮在空气中的气溶胶对空气进行净化或消毒。流量可达每分钟300mL,喷射距离最远可达8m,操作简便,并且可随心所欲的对物体及织物表面进行多种角度的喷射消毒。

 

  3、紫外线灯消毒 分为固定式照射,也移动式照射。按1.5W/m³配置,安装高度约距离地面2.5m,照射时间需要60~120min,有很好的消毒效果,谨防照射人的眼睛、皮肤。

 

  4、臭氧发生器消毒 分为微型,即臭氧产生量低,用于卫生洁净、或小空间的消毒;大型,即使臭氧产生量较大,用于室内空气消毒。臭氧消在相对湿度≥70%条件下,臭氧浓度4~6mg/m³,工作时间60min,可以达到消毒要求。臭氧对金属有腐蚀作用,对橡胶、塑料有加速老化作用,对人有一定毒性,消毒时人必须离开房间,消毒后待房间内闻不到臭氧气味时才可进入房间。

动态消毒

  1、空气动态消毒机 独立的空气净化消毒装置,有柜式、壁挂式、顶棚式等多种形式。一台2000m³/h风量的空气动态消毒机在200m³空间的室内开启60min,可以达到消毒要求。这种消毒器本身无毒无害,可以在有人情况下连续使用,还兼有除尘除有害气体的作用。

 

  2、绿草中药消毒液 分为喷剂、热蒸。以上品中草药提炼,将原液按照75%浓度稀释,按照60m³喷射30ml至空气中,早晚各一次即可达到效果。

  3、等离子体弥漫除味技术 采用将等离子体弥漫到空气中的方式,分解空气中的气态污染物、有害细菌、病毒等,对处理异味效果也非常明显。
 

  NICOLER杀菌技术

 

  NICOLER源自于希腊语,原是“胜利的人们”的意思,现是指人机同场同步作业一种消毒方式:针对空气消毒时人员无需离开消毒场所,消毒杀菌的同时对人体没有任何的伤害,此种消毒方式称之为“动态消毒”;由于是人类通过科学技术战胜自然生物的一次成功实践,所以也称之为“NICOLER杀菌技术”。

 

  NICOLER杀菌技术是根据生产车间高湿、高温及高异味等实际特点,采用最新的NICOLER三级双向的等离子体静电场工作原理,消毒过程为:通过高压直流脉冲使等离子静电场产生逆电效应,生成大量的等离子体。在负压风机的作用下,污染空气通过等离子静电场时带负电细菌被杀灭分解,使受控环境保持在“无菌无尘”标准。由于在对车间消毒时,人可同时在车间内工作,所以,该种消毒机称作“NICOLER动态消毒机”。该机器是一种先进的消毒设备,对人体没有任何伤害,主要用于在有人工作的情况下同步动态杀菌消毒;近年来,这一设备也广泛用于一些大型食品、药品、化妆品等企业的包装、冷却及灌装环节。
